Gavivel Papelchinoir, codenamed Gabiel, is an agent in Baroque Works. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.

Appearance

Papelchinoir is a slim man wearing a New Royal Army uniform, consisting of a black cloak, black and gold chest armor, and a black skirt. He has a golden crocodile mask with a red feather.

Personality

Papelchinoir approaches his assigned tasks responsibly and bravely defends what he is told to. He is an impatient fighter, lending him his epithet "Instant Slasher".

He dislikes telling others his name, because he tends to bite his lip while saying it.

Abilities and Powers

Despite being enlisted in the New Royal Army, Papelchinoir is not particularly strong, as evidenced by his inability to face the Straw Hat Pirates.

Reunion of Memories

In the Arabasta Memoria where Crocodile took over, Papelchinoir was promoted to an Elite Guard in the New Royal Army, where he was given the codename "Gabiel". He was charged with protecting the Tomb of the Kings, but was easily defeated by the Straw Hat Pirates.
