Fasti is a slim man with a small moustache and bright hair. He wears a green bandana and a purple-and-orange striped shirt, with grey pants and bright red shoes.

Fasti is known for being extremely fast. He was able to steal government secrets due to his speed, and has even been called "the next Red Leg", though he was no match for the Straw Hat Pirates.

Past[]
At some point in the past, Fasti was a member of the Cook Pirates. He eventually left the crew, going on to become a pirate himself. Over time, his kicking power increased, to the point where people began comparing him to Zeff. Proud of the comparison, Fasti began boasting that he was stronger than Zeff, and started wearing red shoes in a misunderstanding of Zeff's epithet, "Red Leg".[2]
One Piece Odyssey[]
Fasti stole important government secrets before going into hiding near the Alubarna River. His bounty poster was put up in Spice Bean, where it was taken by the Straw Hat Pirates. The Straw Hats tracked him down and defeated him, giving him to Margin to claim his bounty.
Before being turned in, Fasti was recruited by Margin, and joined the Bounty Pirates. He participated in the ambush on the Straw Hats, but was defeated and turned over to the Marines once again.
