Joseph is a slender man with grey hair and a mustache. He wears a light green shirt, blue plaid overshirt with the sleeves rolled up, black pants, a brown belt, and brown boots.

One Piece Odyssey[]
Joseph laid on the floor in the cave between Alubarna and the Sandy Desert in extreme hunger. He was found by the Straw Hat Pirates, who gave him three Energy Apples. They asked him if he was related to somebody in Nanohana, and Joseph was surprised that they knew his nephews. He then thanked them for the food, giving them three Excite Apples, and continued to lay on the floor to rest.
