Kochi is a royal guard living in the Arabasta Kingdom. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.

Appearance

Kochi is a man of average build with a blond beard. He wears the Arabastan Royal Guard uniform.

Personality

Kochi is a dutiful man, remaining a Royal Guard throughout the Arabastan Civil War. Even after the war ended, he continued working for the Arabastan Government, attempting to train Matsuge to join the Super Spot-Billed Duck Troops, though he quickly got annoyed.

History

One Piece Odyssey

In the Hysteria version of Nanohana, Kochi was attempting to find Matsuge, oblivious to Anikin and Otogin's poisoning scheme or Matsuge's hiding spot near the western port.

In Alubarna, Kochi attempted to get Matsuge to work, as a newly-joined member of the Super Spot-Billed Duck Troops. Annoyed, he began yelling at the camel, and was approached by the Straw Hat Pirates. After explaining the situation to them, Sanji bought perfume and lotion for Nami and Robin, which pleased Matsuge and convinced him to continue working.
