Setup:
After the Elbaph Arc, where Luffy and Shanks team up to defeat Shamrock, the Straw Hats and the Red Hair Pirates form a temporary alliance. Shanks joins Luffy on his journey to Hachinosu (Pirate Island) to settle scores with Blackbeard and Buggy.
Meanwhile, the Cross Guild (led by Buggy) and the Blackbeard Pirates form a shaky alliance. They plan a public execution of Garp to assert their dominance and lure the Straw Hats and Revolutionary Army into a trap.
The Revolutionary Army, led by Dragon and Sabo, learns of Garp’s capture and heads to Hachinosu to rescue him, setting the stage for a massive war.
Major Battles and Moments:
Luffy vs. Blackbeard:
A rematch between Luffy and Blackbeard, with Luffy showcasing his awakened Gear 5 (Nika) powers which for some reason can't be neutralized by Blackbeard.
Blackbeard uses his Dark-Dark Fruit and Quake-Quake Fruit to their fullest, pushing Luffy to his limits.
The fight ends in a draw or is interrupted by a larger event (e.g., the arrival of the World Government).
Shanks vs. Buggy:
A mix of comedy and seriousness.Buggy tries to talk his way out of the situation, but Shanks forces him to fight.
The fight ends with Buggy awakening his devil fruit powers(maybe something like a logia intangibility and he can also chop/split anything he touches sort of like law's power but on a bigger scale) but ultimately loses but is spared, as Shanks still sees him as an old friend.
Strawhats with Dragon and Sabo vs. Blackbeard Commanders with Mihawk and Crocodile:
Dragon showcases his full power for the first time.
Sabo awakens his Flame-Flame Fruit.
Zoro vs Mihawk and Sanji vs Crocodile takes place, SH duo win and in the aftermath Zoro is declared as the World's Strongest Swordsman and Sanji for the first time ever, gets the second highest bounty in the crew surpassing Zoro.
Other strawhats vs other blackbeard commanders.
Garp’s Rescue:
Koby and Helmeppo manage to free Garp.
Garp has an emotional moment with Luffy, acknowledging his grandson’s growth and strength.
The World Government’s Intervention:
The Marines, CP-0 and God's Knights arrive at Hachinosu, led by Akainu, to eliminate all the Pirates and Revolutionaries in one fell swoop.
This forces the Straw Hats, Red Hair Pirates, and Revolutionaries to temporarily team up to escape, setting the stage for the final war against the World Government.
