Synopsis[]
Dr. Facilier serves as the parade's host where he invites guests to a spooky and jazzy Halloween party starring Mickey and Friends alongside the other Disney Villains. However, Facilier's idea on throwing a Halloween party for Mickey and his friends is part of a secret plan that Mickey and the gang aren't aware of. The parade is themed after New Orleans style music including the costumes Mickey and his friends are wearing. During the show stop, Facilier and the Villains encourages Mickey and his friends to a dance off concluding with Facilier casting a magic spell that temporarily causes Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, and Chip n Dale to become lifeless. Eventually, Facilier's spell wears off bringing Mickey and his friends back to life as the parade resumes. By the parade's conclusion, Facilier laments that all the energy he's worked so hard to gather has worn off. He then realizes that he's made himself too excited during the parade and states that he will regain the guests energy another time.
