Aladdin 2 is an upcoming American live-action fantasy film, and sequel to Aladdin.[1]

Production
On February 12, 2020, it was announced via Variety, that a sequel was in development, for the live-action remake of Aladdin. Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, who produced the original, were confirmed to return, with Ryan Halprin, also acting as an executive producer. The film was also confirmed to be a theatrical release and not a Disney+ title.[1]
On March 15, 2023, Mena Massoud said a sequel was very unlikely at the time.[3]

- This will be the third sequel to a live-action Disney remake, following 102 Dalmatians and Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.
