Glow in the Park Halloween Parade was a parade held during the Disney's Haunted Halloween event in Hong Kong Disneyland.

History

It originally featured seven brand-new floats, over 100 cast members, and eight newly introduced characters, including Jack Skellington (voiced by Wong Cho-lam) from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Some of the Disney Villains appeared in a float featuring Chernabog, including Maleficent (2010 by herself and 2013 with the other villains), the Witch (on Maleficent's Float in 2012 only), Queen of Hearts, Captain Hook, Cruella De Vil, Jafar, Frollo, and Hades. The parade was an exclusive entertainment shown every evening during the Haunted Halloween event.

The parade made its debut on September 24, 2007. It returned on September 25, 2008 as part of the Disney's Haunted Halloween event with a new finale of the ghost pirate ship float. The Headless Horseman was featured in the prequel of the parade in the 2011 Halloween event as Headless Horseman's Procession. Since then, the parade has been running in each Halloween event until late 2013.

Trivia

• This is the very first parade at Hong Kong Disneyland featuring show stops, followed by Flights of Fantasy Parade and Paint The Night Parade (from September 11, 2014 to November 11, 2015).
• The Princess Float from the park's former parade Disney on Parade was used by Maleficent (2007-2009, 2011-2012) the Witch (2012 only), and some of the Disney Villains (2010), and ran from 2007 until 2012.
