The Primo Custom can be seen in blue, driving along the opposite side of the road near a car meet in the Stockyard neighborhood of Vice City, in the first trailer (0:27).

The Primo Custom is a lowrider variant of the Primo, where it brings only minor changes by default.
The vehicle retains its original design from the standard model, retaining the front and rear fascias. However, the car receives unique engravings on the front suspension components, the rear axle and the door handles, with optional engraved options for the front bumper, grille, exhaust, engine block and air filters. Its underside is fitted with a paintable frame and has a visible driveshaft, a different exhaust setup (dual pipes instead of a single Y-split pipe), and visible hydraulic bars connected to the suspension.
Rather than the Primo's two-tone color, the Primo Custom only features a single primary color on the body, interior stitching and lower frames, but makes up for it by having an interior color (which also affects the steering wheel and the seats) and a dial color (that also affects the radio display). The secondary color is applied to the inner portions of the seats. The vehicle also gets custom engraved "Big Worm" lowrider wheels, along with white-wall tires. The rims can also support a dedicated color that gives them a slight tint/shade, although only naturally generated examples can have one. The custom "Grille" options are also affected by the wheel color.
A feature currently unique to this vehicle, livery designs are also applied to the dashboard if the player installs an aftermarket interior option.

The Primo Custom is identical in all forms to the normal Primo, making the upgrade more suitable for those who want to own a lowrider sedan rather than for those seeking to maximize their sedan performance-wise. As a result of its low ride height, the Primo Custom can collide with curbs at high speeds.
Like the regular Primo, the vehicle is powered by a V8 engine, as suggested by the cover. However, it sports 4 double-barrel carburetors on it, which is a common sight among many single-cam V8 engines. Its engine sound has also been changed with a more aggressive tone to it. Similar to the regular version, the "Low Level Spoiler" modification adds "Supercharged V8" badging on the rear end.
