The Narcosub (short for narco-submarine) is a semi-submersible smuggling vessel that appears in Grand Theft Auto Online. It cannot be controlled by the player, as it is a complete wreckage. Thus, it serves only as scenery.

The narco-submarine is a type of submersible vessel built for smugglers, in order to reduce likelihood of detection by visual, radar, sonar, or infrared systems while crossing the Atlantic Ocean.
It appears as an Easter egg in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update. While exploring the island of Cayo Perico during the heist preparation mission/finale, players can explore the Caribbean Sea using the Scuba Suit and find wreckages in the depths of the sea, including the narcosub near West Beach.
