Thurman Wesley Arnold (1891-1969) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Arnold was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on February 11, 1943, to a seat vacated by Wiley Rutledge. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 9th, and received commission on March 11th. He resigned on July 9, 1945.[1]
