David Ling (1890-1965) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on May 28, 1936 to replace Fred Clinton Jacobs. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 30th, and received commission on June 3rd. On October 11, 1964, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on May 17, 1965. Ling was succeeded in this position by Charles Muecke.
