Robert Nugen Wilkin (1886-1973) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Wilkin was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on May 19, 1939, to a seat vacated by Samuel West; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 1, 1939, and received commission on June 3. He assumed senior status on August 31, 1949, and served in that capacity until his death on February 23, 1973.[1]
