John Wayne Delehant (1890-1972) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Delehant was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on January 19, 1942, to a seat vacated by Thomas Charles Munger; he was confirmed by the Senate on February 9, 1942, and received commission on February 13. He served as chief judge from 1956 until he assumed senior status on April 30, 1957. He served until his death on April 20, 1972. Delehant was succeeded in this position by Robert Van Pelt.
