Charles Sterling Hutcheson (1894-1969) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]

Hutcheson was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on January 19, 1944, to a seat vacated by Luther Way; he was confirmed by the Senate on February 8, 1944, and received commission February 10th. He served as chief judge from 1948 until he assumed senior status on September 1, 1959. He served until his death on October 24, 1969.[1]
