Herbert Funk Goodrich (1889-1962) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
He was nominated by President Franklin Roosevelt on March 5, 1940 to replace Francis Biddle. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 7th, and received commission on May 10th. He served on this court until his death on June 25, 1962.[1]
