John Biggs, Jr. (1895-1979) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on February 3, 1937 to a seat created by 49 Stat. 1903. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 10th, and received commission on February 16th. From 1948 to 1965, he was the chief judge. On October 30, 1965, he assumed senior status, serving in this capacity until his death on April 15, 1979.
