Elmo Pearce Lee (1882-1949) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Lee was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on November 5, 1943, to a seat vacated by Rufus Edward Foster; he was confirmed by the Senate on November 30, 1943, and received commission on December 17. He served until his death on July 26, 1949.[1]
