Related: 41% of American Young People Think Luigi’s Drastic Actions Were “Acceptable”

Luigi should face the life reward, not the death penalty.

What are they even saying he did wrong?

Since when has anyone in New York faced the death penalty? Who was the last person? Some sorry Irish drunk from “Gangs of New York”?

It’s federal charges they’re saying they’ll bring, and that will be the death penalty, but aside from the unconstitutionality of all this “federal charge” gibberish, if the feds are going to do this, why don’t they do it to criminal niggers who kill innocent people instead of Italian folk heroes?

AP:

The man accused of killing UnitedHealthcare’s CEO was whisked back to New York by plane and helicopter Thursday to face new federal charges of stalking and murder, which could bring the death penalty if he’s convicted.

Luigi Mangione was held without bail following a Manhattan federal court appearance, capping a whirlwind day that began in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested last week in the Dec. 4 attack on Brian Thompson.

The 26-year-old Ivy League graduate had been expected to be arraigned Thursday on a state murder indictment in a killing that at once rattled the business community and galvanized some health insurance critics, but the federal charges preempted that appearance. The cases will now proceed on parallel tracks, prosecutors said, with the state charges expected to go to trial first.

Who thinks this is okay? Totally aside from Luigi and his case, how are there two murder charges for the same murder?

Some of the unconstitutional acts this sickening kike government engages in are convoluted and confusing, but this is not one such case. The fact you can’t be tried twice for the same crime is explicitly enumerated in the Fifth Amendment.

No room for confusion there. This is “gun control” tier.

And again, if the feds can just say “we’re also charging you with murder as well!”, why don’t they do it every time?

Mangione, shackled at the ankles and wearing dress clothes, said little during the 15-minute proceeding as he sat between his lawyers in a packed federal courtroom.

At a hearing there Thursday morning, Mangione agreed to be returned to New York and was immediately turned over to at least a dozen New York Police Department officers who took him to an airport and a plane bound for Long Island.

https://dailystormer.in/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/luigi-mangione-death-penalty-3-618412.webp” alt=”” width=”618″ height=”412″ />

He then was flown to a Manhattan heliport, where he was walked slowly up a pier by a throng of officers with assault rifles — a contingent that included New York City Mayor Eric Adams and Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch.

The federal complaint filed Thursday charges Mangione with two counts of stalking and one count each of murder through use of a firearm and a firearms offense. Murder by firearm carries the possibility of the death penalty, though federal prosecutors will determine whether to pursue that path in coming months.

He should just be released.

What did he even do?

Everyone wants him released. Especially women.

I thought we were supposed to believe all women?

Women are saying he should be freed, and I believe it.

As I understand the concrete stool in a cell in the Supermax in Colorado, it is immovable, and faces a small black-and-white tv. The tv plays only religious and self-improvement programming. I don’t know what seating amenity is offered in a Gitmo cell, but my guess is it won’t be a BarcaLounger recliner. It seems clear that Luigi is bound for one or the other federal lockup; thus the federal charges. And either way, he will experience health-care service denials.

  5. [H]ow are there two murder charges for the same murder? *** The fact you can’t be tried twice for the same crime is explicitly enumerated in the Fifth Amendment.

  8. It was Italian immigrants who largely brought anarchism to the United States, so play on, Luigi, it’s a proud tradition. Emma Goldman famously said an anarchist is someone who does not need a policeman to tell them what not to do, which sounds like libertarianism for grownups.

  9. @BananaKilt

Is the purpose of this whole show to Federalize all murders?

No. They like the “justice” system redundancies. Can’t risk some white supremest jury of peers letting off a racist/vigilante/election denier.

This is what they are afraid of, courtesy of Jerry Clower:

A farmer fell on hard times. His mule died and he had nothing to farm with. So the man went across to the other side of the county and stole a nice pair of mules. He trimmed their manes and curried them to give them a different appearance. He then set to farming, and had a pretty good year.

Then one day the County Sheriff came out on some disassociated business, but recognized the mules as the ones that had been stolen. The sheriff had no choice but to charge the man with stealing the mules.

When the case came to court, the jurists all knew the man and felt sorry for him, so they came back with a verdict, “We find the defendent Not Guilty, but he’ll have to give the mules back”.

The judge threw a fit! “What kind of verdict is that? You find the defendent Not Guilty, but he’ll have to give the mules back? I want you jurors to go back, redeliberate this case, and bring me a verdict commesurate with the evidence that’s been presented”.

Fifteen minutes later, the jurors came back.

The judge asked, “Have you reached a verdict?”

The foreman said, “We have, Your Honor”.

    “What is your verdict?”

“We find the defendent Not Guilty, and he can keep the mules”.

  10. Mangione’s natural place in the social hierarchy makes his sacrifice powerful and meaningful. What a gift he has given. May God shield his heart from evil as he finishes his journey.

  11. I would love to see Luigi hold out for a jury trial rather than being brow-beaten into a plea deal to “avoid the death penalty.”

Does anyone think a legit jury would convict ?

TPTB will have to really bare their fangs if this goes to trial.

  12. Anonymous[199] •Disclaimer says:

Everything in the case seems to send this message that it way beyond the pale to kill a Fortune 500 CEO.

Last night ABC News had some hour-long special about the extensive manhunt. After the shooting they had dive teams scouring the pond for the gun. They had extensive drone tracking and surveillance. They had thousands of NYPD and FBI working the case and thousands of officers on the ground, scouring Central Park and retracing the shooter’s escape route.

If a loved one of yours gets gunned down in NYC you’ll get two lazy detectives assigned to the case and maybe they’ll look for the killer.

They’re treating him like he was 9/11 mastermind. Mayor Eric Adams even showed up for Luigi’s arrival back to NYC

The oligarchs have to make it clear, Fortune 500 CEO’s are a super-protected class.

  13. @BananaKilt

It’s obvious with the speed that this killing is being dealt with, with the NYC, State and Feds taking part in it, they are extremely scared of copycats or they want to use this as a big diversion to take the public’s attention away from the Ukraine war and what’s going on in the Middle East.

If Mangione is a fall guy like Oswald, we’ll see this go on and on for months, the powers-that-be used it as a coverup because the man who was killed, they wanted dead as he was going to testify before congress about Covid.

Could the killing of the Russian general be related to this? Apparently the Russian general had exposed a lot about the Ukraine biowarfare labs and who was behind them.

Could this also be related to the arrest of German/American lawyer Reiner Fuellmich who was recently arrested on trumped up charges of embezzlement in Germany? Reiner Fuellmich was one of the most prominent activists in the covid truth movement.

It seems that the powers-that-be are getting really scared of the public finding out the real truth about covid, the Ukraine biowarfare labs and the truth behind who really runs things in the west.

Were there any spook agencies aiding and abetting Luigi? How did he find his victim? How did he get away and stay away for five days? Is he really that clever or did he have help from insiders? Broula is Dr. Mengele on steroids and should have been considered the ace of spades in Luigi’s deck of cards.

Brian Thompson was an accountant with Price Waterhouse who rose rapidly thru the ranks and then started crunching numbers for United Health Care.

I am not making excuses for the guy, but he never saw, or, cared about the people that were refused services for their illnesses. The guy crunched numbers like a scout on an NFL team looking at a college QB. Does he bare any responsibility for his actions, even though he was second partied, maybe even third partied when you think of intent. I think he does. Not actually pulling the trigger, will still get you life, or, the loss of life sometimes. Charles Manson did not pull the trigger and was not even there when Sharon Tate was stabbed and hanged.

    https://www.cielodrive.com/archive/sharon-was-hanged-as-she-died/

The horror of her death, imo, compares to the slow motion horror of the deaths of Americans who are T Rexxed up the ass by Obama Care and companies like United Health Care. It might actually be worse. Sharon Tate was dead in about 30 minutes and only terrorized for an hour or so.

Sitting around on borrowed time, knowing that tumor is eating you alive, while waiting for Brian Thompson to approve, or disapprove of your claim, has got to be agonizing.

Most of us, are wage slaves in a pyramid that at some point, reflects the power of who controls corporate America (Jews- Gordon Gekko “Greed is good!”) and the Federal Government (Again, Jews/Israel).

So who has the moral high ground here?

It’s hard to say, because you would really have to know Luigi very well to understand his motivations. A lot of killers are more than willing to acquire short term high profile status and spend their lives in jail, hoping for a movie of the week and Christmas cards, love letters and mentions on social media from the legions of whacked out white women who are unfulfilled by Feminist dreck from retards like Chelsea Handler.

My guess, is that he is a true believer, who will, in time, as he sits in his cell, waiting for the reaper, or, Bubba, come to regret his decision.

There are better ways to make your point, then shooting a stranger, no matter how contemptible he is, in the back in broad daylight.

This reinforces the Jew narrative and ironically, the anarcho-tyranny of which, Health Care is a big part of.

  21. You are right, guilt or innocence has NOTHING to do with the outcome.

If there is a preponderance of eggplants on the jury, then “Rinse, wash, repeat”. Hell, he will probably get an extra 25 years.

Jury nullification, is, at this point, standard operating procedure.

This was designed by the Jew media to be a Racial, anti cop, anti white incident, even though the video again, shows that the cops were only mildly interested in St George and probably thinking about where to have lunch that day.

This cop was an offering up to the nigger street gods for the payment of riots, chaos and mayhem that would destroy ever more white agency.

The Jewish media is responsible for this. The useful conceit of a Jewish controlled, racially biased press, that doctors evidence and suppresses context (NO ONE COULD SEE THAT VIDEO IN IT’S EITIRETY FOR 2 MONTHS.) was the catalyst for the riots.

The subsequent emetic encomiums dedicated to St. George Floyd by that same Jew controlled press will, to this day, taint and sway juries to once again, CONVICT.

Voir dire will determine the outcome.

But then it has always been a fact of life that the laws are made to advantage the high and mighty over the great unwashed. Now Thompson might not be as nefarious as Bourla, but in a war you cannot choose and pick which one of your enemies is more deserving of death. Sigh… the Khazar theory has been debunked long ago.

During Greco-Roman times, recorded mass conversions led to 6 million people practicing Judaism in Roman times or up to 10% of the population of the Roman Empire. Thus, the genetic proximity of these European/Syrian Jewish populations, including Ashkenazi Jews, to each other and to French, Northern Italian, and Sardinian populations favors the idea of non-Semitic Mediterranean ancestry in the formation of the European/Syrian Jewish groups and is incompatible with theories that Ashkenazi Jews are for the most part the direct lineal descendants of converted Khazars or Slavs. The genetic proximity of Ashkenazi Jews to southern European populations has been observed in several other recent studies. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3032072/

Overall, we estimate that most (>80%) Ashkenazi mtDNAs were assimilated within Europe. Few derive from a Near Eastern source, and despite the recent revival of the ‘Khazar hypothesis’, virtually none are likely to have ancestry in the North Caucasus.
These analyses suggest that the first major wave of assimilation probably took place in Mediterranean Europe, most likely in the Italian peninsula ~2 ka, with substantial further assimilation of minor founders in west/central Europe. There is less evidence for assimilation in Eastern Europe, and almost none for a source in the North Caucasus/Chuvashia, as would be predicted by the Khazar hypothesis,—rather, the results show strong genetic continuities between west and east European Ashkenazi communities, albeit with gradual clines of frequency of founders between east and west. https://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms3543

“We found that most of the maternal lineages don’t trace to the north Caucasus, which would be a proxy for the Khazarians, or to the Near East, but most of them emanate from Europe,” said coauthor Martin Richards, an archaeogeneticist at the University of Huddersfield in the U.K.
Nevertheless, Goldstein noted that the new study “does offer better resolution of the [mitochondrial DNA] than earlier ones, and so the suggested interpretation could well be right.” https://www.the-scientist.com/genetic-roots-of-the-ashkenazi-jews-38580

Loco-LD confirms and sharpens the lack of evidence for the Khazar hypothesis observed in PCA, placing the Ashkenazi Jewish sample in close proximity to Italian Jews, North African Jews, Sephardi Jews, and Mediterranean non-Jewish populations such as Cypriots and Italians. In brief, judging from the similarity of the membership proportion distributions (Figure 4), Admixture demonstrates the connection of Ashkenazi, North African, and Sephardi Jews, with the most similar non-Jewish populations to Ashkenazi Jews being Mediterranean Europeans from Italy (Sicily, Abruzzo, Tuscany), Greece, and Cyprus. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25079123/

There are many problems with DNA origin theories. All of them are self selecting, so if a large enough population doesn’t take the test, it’s almost impossible to make any kind of reasonable guess at the results. The origin of the Ashkenazi is full of political considerations, with many of the geneticists themselves eager to prove, or disprove, origin theories. By eye, Ashkenazi Jews are as Pale as Scotsmen, while Sephardi are more Southern European looking. I can tell the difference between a German or Swede and an Italian or Spaniard. Was intermarriage really that common that it bred all the color out of Ashkenazi? Looks like one of those things we’ll never know for sure.

I once read a comment, can’t remember where, that (((they))) do not permit genetic analysis on samples of ancient Israelites, because it would presumably prove that the modern Jews are not genetically related to the ancient Israelites. And that would be very inconvenient for Israel, wouldn’t it?

But apart from this issue, Ashkennazi genetics have been relatively much analyzed, much better than any other Jew groups such as the Sephardi. They do show that much of the ethnogenesis for Ashkenazi took place in southern Europe, particularly Italy. Sephardi may have more North African and Iberian admixture, but there are fewer studies on the Sephardi Jews.

It is commonly said, but hardly credited, that to rise through the ranks of a corporation is to lose your soul, to take the devil’s bargain, to become dead inside. Induction requires a series of surrenders – first labor, then conscience, then will, and then finally, identity.

If by “Semites” you means middle-easterners from the Levant and Anatolia, then Ashkenazi, Italians, Palestianans, are all to some degree “Semites”, or circum-Meditarrenean people. The Ashkeanazi and Italians would be Western “semites” and Palestinians and Syrians eastern semites.

In the light of Near Eastern gene flow, admixture analysis revealed Anatolian introgression in most of the Italian samples. The estimated degree of introgression is in fact not consistent across all areas, with Southern samples experiencing higher Anatolian contribution than Northern samples. A very rough estimation would suggest a 70–90% contribution for the former and 50–70% for the latter.
Italian populations were not only closer to Anatolia than to Greece, but all values for Anatolia were smaller than those for Greece. these results suggest that in terms of demographic influence on the paternal Italian gene pool, the role of Neolithic farmers was greater than Greek historical colonisers of South Italy.
We concluded that in Italy more than 70% of the observed diversity is distributed along gradients and that Anatolian Farmers did have a different demographic impact on different Italian areas for paternal lienages.

rfk has fought for decades to find justice for his father and uncle. i am saddened to think he may have found himself controlled by the people, that are most likely behind their murders. if this is the case it must cause his soul great agony but perhaps he can still do some good, if they allow him to reveal the c.i.a.’s role in their deaths, as well as fauci’s role in the covid bioweapon, even if it whitewashes the israeli’s role in the same crimes.

The comment was in reply to the OPs comment on “semites” (anti-semites).

The OP was saying that Asheknazi are not “semites” while they are “anti-semites”

I was telling him that Ashkenazi, even if they are closer to Italians, are also part of the circum-Mediterranean peoples, like all Mediterranean are to some degree.

The Anatolian Farmer ancestry has a clear north south gradient outside of the Mediterranean. And there is also post-Neolithic (Farmers) genetic input from Anatolia/Middle East.

The high variance and coalescent time values observed in Southern Italian regions, overall comparable to those of the Middle East, can be the outcome of seaborne migrations from different geographic sources at different times. .. When compared to other populations, Italian samples do not cluster all together, but are distributed among European and Mediterranean people. Southern samples show a higher similarity with Middle Eastern and Southern Balkan populations than northern ones; conversely, northern samples are genetically closer to North-West Europe and Northern Balkan groups. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29382284/

The map also identifies the existence of two genetic barriers within Europe…. The other is between Italians and the rest. This may reflect the role of the Alps in impeding free flow of people between Italy and the rest of Europe. https://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/13/science/13visual.html

Southern European groups (SEE, SCE, SDN, SWE, and BA) on the other hand derive ancestry from African and Near Eastern World Regions. In particular, ancestry from groups most similar to contemporary populations from in and around the Levant (lev; which we define as the World Region containing individuals from Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi, Yemen, and Egypt) is present across Italy (SCE)… https:/ http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0960982215009495

But your study is interesting for showing that Maltese, Sicilians, and Ashkenazi Jews are particularly close. (in Supplementary_Information)

    Agree and share your feelings.

Your concerns spring from a just and noble soul, but reality is what it is.

Thompson was shot on the way to an “investors conference.” I wouldn’t be surprised if one of those “investors” represented was from BlackRock or any other nefarious “activist asset manager.” I don’t know the extent of Thompson’s guilt in The Great American Medicine Show, but he may be more of a middle-echelon figure than the hand-rubbing, ghoulish supremo of “health care” finance.

And now “they’ve” come for Fuentes! Indeed, none of us is safe! Someday “they” might come for YOU or ME! And if we’re not careful, there may not be anyone available to help us, because we shrugged when “they” came for Saint Nick. (smirk).
