Paint Drying

It's been a hot minute, hasn't it?

Recently, Schaffrillas has broken the silence on Twitter about everything that's happened. I'll paste his words so you guys can see:

"Home now after 3 days in the hospital, with my ribs fractured, my lung punctured, my body bruised, my heart broken. Patrick and Chris were my best friends. Been trying to wrap my head around why I was spared. Where I go from here. 'What can we do? We must live our lives.' Thank you all for your condolences, kind words, and donations to Chris' funeral expenses. Patrick should have a GoFundMe of his own soon and I'll post it when it's live. I had no idea the two of them were so loved by so many people. I could say so many things about both of them but the thought of doing so, especially in a public forum, makes me weep uncontrollably. Please allow me to mourn them both in private. Once my physical wounds heal, I will most likely be returning to video work soon. Please understand that I need a sense of normality to occupy my days, lest I sink deeper into despair. I believe they both would have wanted me to continue my work. They have both recorded for the upcoming Clone Wars Season 3 Retrospective. Chris has more of a cameo, but they will both appear again on the channel one last time. We also all filmed a scene together years ago for the yet-unreleased Shrek 2 Retold. Those aside, I will take my time brainstorming ways to preserve their legacy, be it charitable endeavors or otherwise. I owe them this much, given how I unjustly was the only one to walk away unscathed. Thanks again for all your kind words. Please don't judge me to trying to continue my jovially toned videos. I don't know how else to be. I have been torn apart on the inside and I need to cope in my own way. Thank you."

So that's what he said. Like I said, it's hard to put into words my shock and devastation about Chris and Patrick. I hope the two of them will rest easy, because they didn't deserve to go like this. I pray that James and his family, along with Chris's family, and Amber, and everyone involved with Schaffrillas Productions will be able to pull through this. All I can say at this point is...

Keep moving forward. And live life to the fullest in the time that we have, so we can feel complete. And fulfilled.

Thank you for listening.
