never really done one of these, but i almost feel like i have to, especially considering how much she meant to so many people on here, including some of my friends here as well. last night, a mutual of mine, lilith, committed suicide. when i saw her final post last night it felt completely unreal. i’ve looked at all her reviews as she’s posted them, including her paint drying vents, so im sure i and a lot of others as well knew that she wasn’t doing well at all. a few weeks ago, i had contacted her on discord to try to let her know that she could talk to me in case things ever get hard, but she never responded. and even if she was never going to respond to any of the time i would have hypothetically contacted her, if i could just go back in time with the knowledge i have now, i wish i could’ve done something more, said more things, just so i could at least help her even a little bit more. a little goes a long way. i even saw her last review for ISABD and what she said completely fucking flew over my head. if only i had actually read what she had said i would’ve said something more but i didn’t, and that is such a difficult thing to come to terms with. but i dont want to make this about myself, a young girl died last night, and im not the only one that’s devastated. lilith, you were a beautiful person, even from the little time i knew you for. we all wish you were still here. we’re all going to miss your reviews, activity, and comments on our reviews on here, and we can only hope you’re in a better place now, if there is a better place. unfortunately i can’t really expand too much on what other people like my friends will or emi, but i just wanted to say something about this or else it would’ve felt wrong if i hadn’t. rest in peace lilith.
