Lourdes Gillespie Baird (1935-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Baird was nominated by President George H.W. Bush on April 2, 1992, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089; she was confirmed by the Senate on August 11, 1992, and received commission the next day. She assumed senior status on May 12, 2004. She served the Central District of California until her retirement on April 15, 2005. Baird was succeeded in this position by George Schiavelli.
