Jesse William Curtis, Jr. (1905-2008) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Curtis was nominated to the Southern District of California by President John F. Kennedy on August 3, 1962, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 25, 1962, and received his commission on August 27, 1962. He served the Southern District of California until he was assigned to the Central District of California on September 18, 1966. He assumed senior status on December 31, 1975. He served the Central District of California until his retirement on February 5, 1990. Curtis was succeeded in this position by Laughlin Waters.
