About the In-Person Workshop

Aphids to Xylem offers a series of continuing education opportunities tailored for Penn State Extension Master Gardeners in northeast Pennsylvania. The primary objective is to cultivate a sense of community among Master Gardeners from surrounding counties, offering a platform for learning from experts in various horticulture topics.

Event Details

Complimentary coffee and tea will be available before the first presentation at 9:30 AM. Please note that lunch will not be provided, so we encourage participants to bring a bag lunch. As outdoor activities are planned, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.

This session, titled Water, Plants, and Animals, will be hosted by the Master Gardeners of Wayne County. Extension educators and experts in the field will delve into topics including exploring water, plants, reptiles, amphibians, and more. A special session on dahlias, celebrating the first day of fall, will be given by Extension Educator Joe Veshinfsky.

Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
