Benjamin Cushing Duniway (1907-1986) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.[1] Duniway died on August 23, 1986.

Federal judicial career

Benjamin Duniway was nominated to the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit by John F. Kennedy on September 14, 1961. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 21, 1961, and received his commission on September 22, 1961. Duniway assumed senior status on October 5, 1976. His service ended with his death on August 23, 1986.[1]
