Charles Holland Duell (1850-1920) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on December 16, 1904 to replace Seth Shepard. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 5, 1905, and received commission that same day. He resigned on August 31, 1906.[1] Duell died on January 29, 1920.
