Constantine Joseph Smyth (1859-1924) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on June 29, 1917 to fill the seat vacated by Seth Shepard. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 12, 1917, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on April 14, 1924.[1]
