George Edward MacKinnon (1906-1995) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

MacKinnon was nominated by President Richard Nixon on April 23, 1969, to a seat vacated by Charles Fahy; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 5, 1969, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on May 20, 1983. He served until his death on May 1, 1995.[1]
