Nicholas Battalle Fitzhugh was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by President Thomas Jefferson on November 21, 1803. He was confirmed by the Senate on November 25, 1803, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on December 31, 1814.
