Wilbur Kingsbury Miller (1892-1976) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Miller was nominated by President Harry Truman on September 12, 1945, to a seat vacated by Fred Vinson. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 24th, and received commission on September 28th. From 1960 to 1962, he was the chief judge. On October 15, 1964, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on January 24, 1976.[1]
