Harold Brent McKnight (1952-2004) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.[1]

McKnight was nominated by President George W. Bush on April 28, 2003, to a new seat created by 116 Stat. 1758; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 31, 2003, and received commission the next day. He served until his death on November 27, 2004.[1] McKnight was succeeded in this position by Frank Whitney.
