He often wears an apron, with several stains, a baker's hat, a dusty rose short-sleeved shirt, and mauve shorts. He typically sports a stoic facial expression.
Personality[]
Mr. Flour is a caring father who loves all four of his daughters. He is not put off by Maddie's "creepiness" and even finds it to be an endearing aspect of her.
Background[]
Mr. Flour is a baker and owns a bakery and only cooks and makes dough. Sometime in the past, he got married and had four daughters: Maddie, Rosemary, Lavender, and Ginger.
In "Anne or Beast?", he is among the frogs that Wally tells that he had an encounter with a monster in the woods. Mr. Flour joins a mob in hunting down the monster who turns out to be a human girl named Anne Boonchuy. After Anne saves the mob from a giant red mantis, Mr. Flour leaves with the rest of the mob when Mayor Toadstool allows Hop Pop to have Anne live with him.
In "Hop Luck", when Anne and the Plantars come to his bakery to get some dough to make pizza, after he stomps on the dough and then throws it in a fire, he tells them if they want the dough, Sprig has to marry his daughter: Maddie. Anne accepts and then Mr. Flour cheers and gives them the dough. He is later present with Maddie as the crowd starts throwing stuff at Anne and the Plantars in the shame cage, telling everyone that Sprig is his son-in-law.
In "Civil Wart", Mr. Flour and Maddie are present watching the movie Love Choice. After the movie is over, he gets into a fight with some of the frogs fighting over who Constance should pick: Hunter or Alastair. He later joins Polly and those who choose Hunter over Alastair while Maddie joins Sprig and those who choose Alastair over Hunter.
In "Croak & Punishment", Mr. Flour is among some of the townsfolk that are interrogated. During his interrogation, Sprig assaults him by continuously slapping him and threatening to throw his favorite apron in the oven for the receipt of the customers who bought his bread. As he gives into their demands and gets his apron back, he is seen crying to have it back in his hands as Anne watches for a moment in guilt. Later in the episode, when Anne and Sprig need to get to safety from Gunther, Mr. Flour is one of the houses they go to, only to have the door shut in their faces.
In "Children of the Spore", Mr. Flour was among those mind-controlled by Apothecary Gary, but was later freed when Bessie ate the mushroom.
In "Maddie & Marcy", before Rosemary, Lavender, and Ginger begin scheming, Mr. Flour comes to tuck them into bed and say goodnight. When Maddie asks him where her spellbook is the next day, he tells her that her sisters took it. He then tells her to bring her sisters back to life if she kills them.
In "Sprivy", he is a part of the resistance who stay behind to beat up the King Andrias piñata.

Trivia[]
- His name reflects on his occupation as a baker, a job that commonly works with flour.
- He has a much different voice in "New Wartwood". This is because his voice actor, Kevin Michael Richardson, did not give his voice for that episode, being replaced by Fred Tatasciore for unknown reasons.
