Mr. 10 is the partner to Miss Tuesday and a Frontier Agent in the Baroque Works rankings.
He was first mentioned by Nefertari Vivi,[1] who explained how Baroque Works was organized to the Straw Hat Pirates. Neither him nor his partner are seen in the series, but concept art of him does exist.[2]
Appearance[]
He has long, unkempt hair with a headband. He wears a half-shirt, open to reveal a bare chest. He wears pants with stars on them and a belt.[2]
Personality[]
Nothing is known about Mr. 10's personality, but it can be assumed that he is brutal and willing to kill to complete a mission like other agents.
Abilities and Powers[]
His ranking (10 and higher) means that he is about as strong as the Billions agents. None of his fighting skills are known.

At one point, Mr. 10 joined Baroque Works. He worked his way up the organization to achieve the high position of Frontier Agent and became partners with Miss Tuesday.
