The Cayo Perico Beach Party, also referred to as the Keinemusik Beach Party[1] is a party area and event located in Cayo Perico, Colombia. It was introduced in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update.
Description[]
The party occupies a fenced off area of Cayo Perico known as West Beach. The roads are gated and guarded inside the party zone by members of El Rubio's Private Security. The land perimeter is fenced with barbed wire atop cliffs and the ocean access is roped off and subject to an invisible wall.
There is a DJ booth at the north end and an interactive bar at the south end where players can get free drinks and snacks. Macbeth whisky is only available after completion of the heist; as elsewhere, the player will pass out after drinking some, but will only spawn somewhere in the immediate vicinity.
A crowd of NPCs are always dancing to Keinemusik's set. Players can dance anywhere.
Although the clock is frozen during the first heist gather intel mission that begins from the party, time does progress when the player returns post-heist, albeit at a slower rate than on the mainland. As night approaches, the party will end and the player will be returned to Los Santos. The party area is accessible, including at night, during the Heist Prep: Gather Intel and Cayo Perico Heist Finale missions. Originally, the party area could be seen illuminated by lights, candles and campfires, however since the fall of 2021 these lighting effects were no longer active, though they appear to have been restored with the Cayo Perico-based races added in the 2022 The Criminal Enterprises update.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Access to the area is available during the initial scoping of The Cayo Perico Heist when the player poses as a tour manager for Keinemusik. The player can return to the party in this guise to continue gathering intel as many times as they like prior to completing the heist for the first time.
During the heist, the party is over and the beach is unoccupied. West Beach is an available infiltration point for the heist.
After completing the heist as leader, players can only return to the party by entering the 
Corona at VIP Charter Jets at LSIA. Returning for the first time earns the player the Party Vibes award and 800 RP. English Dave will often be seen wading just off-shore.
Influence[]
The party and the musical guests are likely an allusion to the infamous Fyre Festival, a fraudulent attempt to host a luxury music festival in Norman's Cay (the real-life inspiration for Cayo Perico) that ended in utter disaster.
