“So, you probably heard, but Merryweather's been playing at IRS Agent, seizing any imports that didn't pay their fucked up little tax. In this case, that means a whole batch of luxury, hi-tech submersible cars just got pulled off a cargo ship. They're being held offshore till the paperwork comes through. And when I say offshore, I mean a big-ass aircraft carrier... these motherfuckers always gotta make a statement, right? We're after one car in particular... a Toreador. Got a buyer all lined up. Now, head over to Rooster's hangar, he's dying to fly you in for this one.”
After requesting work from Charlie Reed, the GTA Online Protagonist will soon receive a call back from him in which he informs them that Merryweather Security has been seizing assets that "didn't pay their tax", including a hi-tech submersible PegassiToreador. Charlie says he arranged a buyer for the Toreador, so he instructs them to meet Rooster McCraw in his hangar at LSIA, who will take them to Merryweather's USS Luxington ATT-16 aircraft carrier.
The aircraft has air defenses. If you remain in the area you will be shot down.
Use the image provided by Charlie to locate the containers holding the Toreador.
The control panels can be destroyed to open the security doors as you move through the aircraft carrier.
After parachuting into the aircraft carrier, Charlie sends a photo of the conteiners they're after. They are tasked to make their way to Hangar Bay A while fighting the Merryweather agents.

— Charlie Reed
Charlie may ask the player to place tracking devices on three Merryweather shipment crates.
OPERATION BONUS: Plant tracking devices on the Merryweather shipment crates on board the aircraft carrier.

Trivia[]
Rooster's dialogue about him playing the Creedence Clearwater Revival song Fortunate Son in "situations like these", is an obvious reference to the same song being featured extensively in pop culture depictions of the Vietnam War to the point to be considered the official anthem for the anti-war movement.
