Dispatch II is a Dispatch Mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Southern San Andreas Super Sport Series update, released on May 29th, 2018, during the Madrazo Dispatch Services Week event. It is given to the players by Martin Madrazo and is available from 1 to 4 players.
Description[]
An undercover FIB agent is meeting with some Merryweather mercenaries at the Merryweather Headquarters with the intention of buying some of their records. Martin wants the FIB agent dead.
The player(s) must travel to Elysian Island, where the Merryweather Headquarters is located, and invade the warehouse. Once there, they need to find a way to the Merryweather office, where the meeting is happening. The player(s) can stealthy invade the HQ and go to the office without being spotted by the mercenaries, or they can attack the enemies, making them save some time.
After climbing up the stairs, the player(s) must enter the office and assassinate the target. Unlike a Supplies Steal Mission, which also takes place at this location, the player(s) do not need to hack and unlock the door to gain access to the office.
After the target is assassinated, alarms will sound at the Headquarters and Merryweather will be notified and will go after the player(s). They must escape the island, by the same way that they arrived there, or they can steal a Valkyrie chopper located on the heliport of the HQ, at the southern end of the port. Once out the port, the mission is completed.

- The target can instead spawn inside one of the inaccessible rooms next door to the office, rendering them unreachable and thus the mission can only be completed via tear gas canister. The AOE permeates through the wall, allowing the player to kill the glitched target.
