Lamar is interested in hijacking chemicals. The target now is a tanker currently travelling to the Palmer-Taylor Power Station and Lamar wants it jacked.
The truck is on the move, so the player needs to carefully take out the driver without damaging the fuel tanker, which would cause it to explode. Once the tanker is hijacked, a 2-star wanted level will be gained. The team must lose their wanted level and take the truck to Lamar's Depot.
