You do a deal here, you kill some guys there, you make a low-budget porno with this guy's sister, and suddenly you're public enemy number one. So listen, the only way I can see out of this is to hijack a GoPostal van that's making a delivery to their place. Let's call that step one, okay? I'll call you once you got it.”

“Alright, there is this... situation I need your local expertise for. I may have accidentally pissed off a gang or two. It's easy to do down here, right? Where I'm from, shitting in someone's gas tank is kinda like saying hello and bringing over a fresh apple pie. Anyway, one thing led to another, now the only way I can see to fix this is to hijack a GoPostal van that's delivering something to their spot. At least, that's step one. I'll call you when you have it.”
After requesting work from Dax, the GTA Online Protagonist will soon receive a call back from him in which he describes accidentally "pissing off a gang or two". The only way Dax claims they will be able to fix it is by following a sequence of steps he has laid out, with step one being for the player to steal a GoPostal from one of their depots.
Once the phone call ends, the player makes their way to the GoPostal depot location. Once there, they are tasked with hijacking a Pony bearing the GoPostal logo, all the while fighting off any security guards that try to get in the way. After taking the van, Dax calls again, telling the player that step two is to go to Los Santos Customs to get the van fitted with a remote bomb. Step three is also mentioned to be checking if there are any leftover uniforms in the van to throw on as a disguise, which they do so automatically after Dax's call.
The GoPostal van and the gear inside it will be used to infiltrate the hideout.

Enter an LS Customs and install a remote bomb to the GoPostal van.

After the remote bomb has been placed on the van, Dax calls again to inform the player that step four is to "make a delivery" to either The Lost MC Clubhouse in East Vinewood, the Vagos hideout in La Mesa, or the Lost MC hideout in Dignity Village.
“Alrighty then! Step four. Go play delivery boy, and park this jack-in-the-box in a spot where it'll do as much damage as possible. Just don't let them get a close look at you once you're inside.”

Once the player reaches the hideout location, they slowly make their way to a gate, honking the van's horn in order to ask the gang member on the other side to open it. When the gate is open, the player drives through and parks next to a large red gas tank found inside the hideout. They must then leave the hideout while avoiding the gang members' field of vision.
Press [button] to honk the horn and signal the gates to be opened.
The gang members will become alerted if you enter their field of vision or if they spot you with a weapon equipped.
After they have escaped, Dax sends a text message telling the player to detonate the bomb by calling the "Detonate Bomb" contact. Following the explosion, and once the 2-star wanted level has been lost, Dax phones the player one last time to say that step six is "lose your shit because that was fuckin' incredible!". As an additional reward, the GoPostal outfit is also added to the player's wardrobe.

If the player is spotted, they are forced to complete the mission by eliminating all the gang members and destroying their vehicles. This also occurs if the gang members are alerted prematurely at any point before the van is parked in place, or if the van is destroyed on the way to the hideout. After all targets are destroyed, the player gets a 3-star wanted level that must be lost before the mission is completed. Dax will call the player and express disappointment that the plan didn't go as planned, but will say it's still worth something and reward the player half of the usual fee.
