Description[]
After requesting the Dispatch Work, officer Vincent Effenburger will send the details about high ranking gang members under protection by crooked cops, who are using their coalition with the LSPD to extort the competition with rivals gangs.
The player is tasked into eliminating three targets, ranging from O'Neil Enforcers, Vagos Captains and Altrusit Cult Leaders, all being protected by their respective gangs in a random location around San Andreas.
After eliminating all three targets, the player must leave the area to receive the final payment from Vincent.
