In "The Citadel", the Beyonder tasks Ares, Absorbing Man, Crimson Widow, and MODOK with bringing Iron Man and Captain America to him. While his enforcers fight the latter, the Beyonder tries to convince the former to be a part of his experiment. In reality, he manipulates Iron Man and Captain America to fight each other. However, he failed to anticipate their subterfuge until they escape with his information. Enraged, the Beyonder takes his anger out on his enforcers except for Ares. In "The Wastelands", the Beyonder has Ares and an army of Ghost Riders hunt down the two Avengers groups for attempting to undo Battleworld, eventually resulting in Thunderstrike personally defeating him.

Trivia[]
The Beyonder is voiced and modeled by Laurence Fishburne, who had previously portrayed Bill Foster in Ant-Man and the Wasp and did the voice of Silver Surfer in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Ironically, Fishburne also produces the tv series.
For his depiction in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, his characterization and appearance were inspired by Fishburne himself, along with series composer Raphael Saadiq, Jack Skellington, Mok Swagger from Rock & Rule, and David Bowie.[1]
The Moon Girl version of the Beyonder is similar to Q from the Star Trek franchise; Both characters are near-omnipotent beings capable of altering reality who mess with the heroes for fun and often test whether humanity is deserving of existing or not.
The Beyonder also narrates the background of the characters in the show.
