Scott Denoga is the deuteragonist in the Disney Channel series Hailey's On It!. He is the son of Sunny and Eddie Denoga. He is Becker Denoga's older brother. He is a 14-year-old South Korean-Filipino-American boy, who assists his best friend, Hailey Banks in completing her long to-do list to save the world.

Personality[]
Scott is an outgoing kid, who loves to have fun. He is very extroverted and prone to accidents. After hearing that Hailey made a to-do list that is the first step to saving the world, he helps as she is pushed far out of her comfort zone. He is also a very loyal friend, doing anything for his childhood best friend, though he usually gets tied up with his interests or his girlfriend, Kristine. Scott usually realizes when he hurts Hailey and quickly tries to make up for it.
Physical appearance[]
Scott is a boy of tall height. He has tan skin and is thin with dark messy hair. He has straight teeth, bushy eyebrows, and a cowlick in at the top of his head.
His clothes consist of a green t-shirt with a white long-sleeved tee underneath, dark blue jeans, and light green shoes with white soles.
Abilities[]
- Athleticism: Scott is naturally athletic, being an avid skateboarder and cyclist, along with practicing parkour moves on a regular basis. He is also a talented pitcher.
- Physical Endurance : Scott has an above average endurance for pain, being able to walk away from most physical hits unfazed by the physical trauma he endures.
- Organization Skills: Scott is good at organizing, as he effortlessly solves a rubix cube and could easily sort toy beetles into bags. He also found a way to sort the wires for the generators to power the Christmas Festival.
- Magic: While hesitant after failing to make a vending machine reappear, Scott is a skilled magician. Knowing several magic tricks and enjoys the art.

Hailey's On It![]
Scott Denoga is a wild and fun-loving boy who is the long time best friend of Hailey Banks. He constantly tries to get Hailey to complete the items on her list that she keeps with her all the time, but her risk aversion prevents her from actually trying. One day Hailey learns from a time traveling woman named The Professor, that her completing her list will lead to a brighter future. She informs Scott about this, but neglects to tell him that one of the list items involves kissing him. Scott, like the good friend that he is, agrees to help Hailey complete her list items, remaining blissfully unaware that the fate of the world rests on the two of them kissing.
After riding all the rides at the county fair and surviving a mishap on the Zero Gravatron, Scott and Hailey's acquaintance- Kristine Sanchez- asks Scott out after Hailey tells that it is okay for them to, mainly to avoid a direct encounter with her feelings. Scott remains Kristine's girlfriend for quite sometime, but continues to hang out with Hailey, to the point that he actually ends up neglecting Kristine at times. Much like his obliviousness to Hailey's feelings, he remains oblivious to Kristine feeling left out by him. This culminates in Kristine breaking up with Scott, leaving him depressed. With Hailey's help, he regains his vigor for life, but does not know that Kristine has demanded from Hailey that no one else date him.
When his school is hosting a 1980's themed dance he plans to go with Hailey as friends. However a compatibility app says they are not right for one another and, after being voted dance royalty along with Destiny, he is pressured to date her. After asking Hailey for advice, he decides to go as she says she is bringing her crush Sanjay Singh. At the dance, Destiny ignores Scott in favor of her ex-boyfriend and Scott speaks with Kristine. After realizing he did the test wrong, Scott redoes it and is given a match that pairs well with Hailey. He realizes he has feelings for Hailey as Kristine helps him realize Sanjay is fake. Scott rushes to Hailey's house to confess, only to learn Sanjay is real. When he returns to the dance, Kristine comforts Scott when Hailey and Sanjay arrive. When Hailey reveals Sanjay and her are dating, Scott hides his pain and expresses his joy for her and watches her bag as she and Sanjay take a couples photo. When Hailey's phone falls out of her bag and their phones detect the match as the highest possible match, he deletes the results. When Scott sees Chaos Bots destroying the town in a time glitch as Beta reveals a list item that Hailey kept hidden from him.
Chibiverse[]
In “The Chibi Couple Game”, he and Hailey are put on a dating game show where the winners kiss on camera, much to her dismay and shock, after Scott signs them up after mistaking the premise of the game. They compete against Star Butterfly and Marco Diaz and Luz Noceda and Amity Blight. Hailey tries to throw the game to no avail since Beta is both the judge and in charge of the prize committee. After she and Scott are in the lead, Scott throws the game sensing Hailey does not want to win. She hugs him after hearing this and punches Bata when he suggests she kiss him.
Road Trip[]
When The Professor loans Hailey a flying car from the future to complete a list item that involves her going to a Clown Museum in Nevada, Scott and Beta go with her. Hailey tells Beta about the time a clown gave her and Scott a ballon dog they called Air Head who they took everywhere until he popped at the Cacus Sanctuary. Hailey says she got into clowns because of it.
As they venture on, Hailey naps up is awoken by his failed attempts to open the moon roof. As Hailey looks for a manual, the car announces it will turn left, right into a lake. Hailey. Beta brushes it off as the fastest way as Hailey doubts it. They drive into the lake and sink. After reaching the bottom, Scott finds the moon roof button and opens it as Hailey and Beta tell him not to, flooding the car.
As Beta drives, Hailey and Scott complain that they are hungry and they pull over into the drive through of a pirate themed fast food restaurant. Beta places an order for the teenagers, but he gets no response. Scott says he has to talk like a pirate when ordering, but Beta refuses. However after they pester him, Beta gives in. He enjoys it, but the employee does not understand him.
As they near their destination, Beta becomes frustrated with the other drivers. He starts to glitch and Hailey tells Beta to calm down. He hands Beta a paper bag and he breathes into it, calming him. Beta is unfazed when someone throws a can of soda at the windshield and they get stuck in a traffic jam. Someone honks at them and they three yell back. Beta expresses his desire for the car to have lasers, only for it to comply, much to Beta and Hailey's shock and Scott’s amazement.
When they reach the Clown Museum, they find it in a dilapidated state. As Hailey fearfully asks if she has to go in, Scott says she never wrote going inside, only visit. Which Beta agrees. As Hailey questions how fast she can get the list item done. They hear circus music and are quickly surrounded by clowns. They cower before Hailey's wristband turns green and the speed away, agreeing to never discuss these events again. When Scott asks what the next list item is, Beta checks and finds that they must go to the Victorian Doll Museum. Beta and him look at Hailey as she says she went through a museum phase. They hear a horn and a startled to find a clown horn on the driver’s side mirror.

- In the original pilot, Scott's surname was originally Federman and he was voiced by Adam McArthur, best known for voicing Marco Diaz in Star vs. the Forces of Evil.
- Scott is 5 and 1/2 months younger than Kristine Sanchez.
- In "Cubix Dudes", Kai states that Hailey hit Scott with a horseshoe "on three separate occasions". While it is not stated where she hit him, it is possible that this had an effect on his intelligence and his resilience to pain and trying dangerous things.
- Scott and Hailey dyed their hair yellow during the summer they were 11 years old.
- In "Full House (of Bugs)", Scott is revealed to have a habit of humming at random times, apparently unintentionally.
- In "I Wanna Dance With My Buddy", it was revealed that, prior to the Totally 80's To The Max Dance, Scott went to every school dance with Hailey as "just friends."
