Eli is a character from the Disney Channel animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is a member of the STEM kids and an ally to Lunella Lafayette and Devil Dinosaur.

Eli appears in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He appeared throughout the first season with his most significant appearance being in "The Beyonder" where he is seen among the children at the science fair.
He appeared proper, and with his name revealed, in "Make It, Don't Break It!" where he, along with Anand, Cecelia, and Jurnee enter the RobotWarz competition with Coach Hrbek leading them. Despite all of them getting defeated by Lunella, they had to step up to take on Big Wheel when she suffers a panic attack. They get the help of Devil Dinosaur and actually manage to defeat the villain. Once Lunella recovers, she openly admits that she was impressed with them and decides to join the STEM kids full time.
He is involved in Lunella's heist plan in "In The Heist" where his job is to cause a distraction, after realizing that the museum alarm makes the same sound as the one in his video game. He is seen with Cecelia in "Dancing With Myself" at the school dance.

- Eli's voice actor, Gerald Waters, also uses a wheelchair in real life.
- Eli seems to have a crush on Cecelia as he was deeply enamored with her after seeing her heist plan. They are later seen at the school dance, somewhat revealing that he followed through.
