The Chairman is the main antagonist of the series The Ghost and Molly McGee. He was the tyrannical ruler of the Ghost World and the mysterious head of the Ghost Council until his rule was brought to an end by Molly McGee.

Personality[]
The Chairman is described as an intimidating, sadistic evil spirit who enjoys bringing pain and misery to humans so he can feed on it. He judges whether a ghost does a good job at their tasks of spreading misery or not, and punishes any who fail at their jobs by sending them to the Flow of Failed Phantoms, which he also uses to contain ghosts that pose a threat to both the living and ghost worlds such as the Frightmares and Lord Doom, although in the extremely rare event that he gives said ghost another chance, he will recede the punishment.
He doesn't talk, but he's able to show some emotions at rare times through facial expressions such as giving Scratch an irritated look, as well as fear when he meets his end at the hand of Molly. This is more shown in Chibi Tiny Tales/Chibiverse.
Physical appearance[]
The Chairman resembles an actual spirit seemingly composed of pure misery, unlike the other ghost made of ectoplasm. His hands are really made of bones and his face resembles that of a skull. The rest of his body is completely unknown as it was covered by his black robe.
He also is the tallest of all the ghosts.
Powers and abilities[]
He has the power to summon the Flow of Failed Phantoms and travel to human world like all the other ghosts.
