James W. Kehoe (1925-1998) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Kehoe was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on July 18, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on October 16, 1992, and served in that capacity until his death on December 13, 1998. Kehoe was succeeded in this position by Donald Middlebrooks.
