Veronica DiCarlo Wicker (1930-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Wicker was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on June 5, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; she was confirmed by the Senate on September 25, 1979, and received commission on September 26, 1979. She served the Eastern District of Louisiana until her death on December 10, 1994.[1] Wicker was succeeded in this position by Ivan Lemelle.
