Elsijane Trimble Roy (1916-2007) was a federal judge on the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Roy was nominated to both courts simultaneously by President Jimmy Carter on October 21, 1977, to a seat vacated by Oren Harris; she was confirmed by the Senate on November 1, 1977, and received commission the next day. She assumed senior status on January 1, 1989. She continued serving both courts until December 1, 1990, when her seat on the Western District was reassigned. She continued serving the Eastern District until her death on January 23, 2007. Roy was succeeded in this position by Susan Carter.
