James Kenneth Logan (1929-present) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.

Logan was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on November 4, 1977, to a seat vacated by Delmas Hill; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 15, 1977, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on August 31, 1994, and retired on July 15, 1998.
