William D. Hutchinson (1932-1995) was a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Hutchinson was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on June 26, 1987, to a seat vacated by Arlin Adams; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 5, 1987, and received commission the next day. He served until his death on October 8, 1995.[1]
