Richard Elihu Sloan (1857-1933) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
He received a recess appointment from President William Howard Taft on August 26, 1912. On December 3, 1912, he was nominated. However, the Senate did not confirm this nomination, so Sloan's service ended on March 3, 1913. Sloan was succeeded in this position by William Henry Sawtelle.
