Luther Way (1879-1943) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]
He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on February 21, 1931 to replace Duncan Lawrence Groner. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 2nd, and received commission on March 4th. He served on this court until his death on October 23, 1943.[1] Way was succeeded in this position by Charles Hutcheson.
